While ensuring that our systems use best in class security we are integrating with our clients data and feed it into our uniquely performant models. Our ex-Meta, Skyscanner, KPMG, Travelperk team is a combination of lawyers and engineers. We are blending these two words to build AI that can truly out perform some of the best models in the world in this domain.
We have a strong product market fit, going from founding to tens of thousands of requests a day in less than 6 months.
We are finding demand in some of the fastest growing most progressive enterprises in the world and are working closely with some of the top law firms to generate unique data sets.

Why is this role important?
As a Senior Product Engineer you will be responsible for planning, designing and delivering engineering projects and customer-centric features. Your role will focus on crafting the best user experiences and interaction patterns for humans to work with AI. You will be the key person defining and influencing direction and architecture of the Wordsmith frontend as a whole.

What are we looking for and what will you be doing:
Efficient Delivery: Execute swiftly and pragmatically while maintaining a keen attention to detail, ensuring that real value is delivered to our users. Skillfully balance the need for quick rollouts with the essential periods of refactoring and technical debt management.
End-to-End Feature Development: Own the entire product lifecycle, from ideation with our product and design teams through to deployment. Be responsible for planning and executing across our full tech stack, ensuring comprehensive development and delivery.
AI-Native Innovation: Experiment, discover and build novel paradigms of human <> AI interaction and user experience for AI-native workflows.
Build Solid Foundation: Architect and design our product with a focus on security, scalability, and an excellent developer experience. Consider and mitigate risks, particularly as we handle highly sensitive data.

What are the role requirements?
4+ years hands on experience building web products with a proven track record of delivering user-centric features that have a significant impact.
Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of computer science foundations.
Strong knowledge of core web technologies like React, Next.js, Tailwind, Typescript. Familiarity with Python and AWS is a plus.
Passion for both AI/LLMs and user experience and design.
A commitment to collaborative teamwork, continuous growth and constructive feedback seeking.
Experience working at early stage startups is a plus.
